Wow. Sounds like you've had some adventures this year. I probably should know who Jason Issacs is, but I'm going to have to look him up... anyway, glad you had fun. I really need to catch up on True Blood, I haven't even watched season two yet. I've watched a bit of Matt Smith, finally, we're using Netflix instant so it's a season behind. I'm skipping any episode that looks too emo or has Daleks. I just can't be a completionist or that devoted to New Who anymore, not after all the overly dark emotional stuff they've pulled. But I'm starting to make peace with New Who again.

You didn't see much from WB or Disney because both studios pretty much pulled out of Comic Con this year. I heard that a few months ago and went "really??" but apparently they really did. Disney's doing a big D23 this year so they're saving up for that. As to why WB elected to withdraw, I have no idea. Unless they're doing a... WB23?
